I have actually used Mr. Gonzalez a few times and each time he has met my expectations and gone above and beyond. The first time I hired him was Christmas Eve my plugs in my kitchen all went out, I was given a phone quote and he came out to my home same day and did the necessary work ( which took a few hours). Second time I used him, My parents had a shortage in their home and called me upset. Unfortunately I was out out of state on a two week business trip. Mr Gonzalez came out again the same day promptly to give quiet and fix problem. Being that it was later in the evening although he was unable to fix the issue that night, he worked diligently to make sure my parents had some form of power through the night, following morning he kindly went to store got all materials needed for job and fixed the issue for them bright and early. Being that my father uses a variety of plug in medical devices ( breathing machine, oxygen, CPaP) I really appreciated him taking on the job and making them a priority even though he already had a full day ( He came to start job at 5:30am being that he had work at 9am). This last time I used Mr Gonzalez was on a remodel he did for my rental property. Once again the work he did was amazing. It was a rather big project and we were in a time crunch and he made it happen. Each experience with Mr Gonzalez has been nothing short of a blessing. He is very professional, On time, His work is clean, He’s reliable, He cleans up after himself, Very trustworthy and if you ask me his prices are very realistic and work every penny.
