- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always transparent and based on the scope of work, materials, and safety requirements. Estimates are free, and we provide itemized quotes so customers can see exactly what they’re paying for. We offer military, veteran, and senior discounts, and never charge hidden fees. Any changes in project cost are discussed and approved before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand the customer’s needs and inspect the project site if needed. After that, we provide a detailed written estimate outlining scope, materials, and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the work, keep customers informed during every phase, and ensure all work meets Arizona building codes and safety standards. A final walkthrough and satisfaction check are completed before closing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical Engineer with extensive training in electrical design, power distribution, and safety compliance. Licensed Arizona CR-11 Electrical Contractor (ROC #360044). Experienced in residential, commercial, and renewable energy systems including solar, EV charging, and lighting upgrades.
