Anthony and team did an amazing job removing a wall and completely gutting and rebuilding my entire kitchen! Also replaced 70% of my homes flooring with tile and they did carpet removal as well. Will definitely bring them back for my next Reno project!!

Mr. Neely answered my request for service immediately. I needed immediate assistance to replace a broken stair tile that had to be done that night as I was selling my house and had to do the closing the next day. Mr. Neely was the only tile service provider that responded to my emergency assistance request. He extended his regular work day to accommodate my immediate need. He is a hard worker, an artisan and is a very good Handyman as well. Work was done with professionalism, accuracy, and was of good Quality. He was upfront and transparent in his explanations, estimate and billing practices. His price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Mr. Neely and his services. Hire this man!

Tile Installation and Replacement

A workshop, a lite fence, a block wall, a huge deck, an outdoor kitchen, tile in both bathrooms and the kitchen, mouldings throughout, electrical, shelving in all closets and pantry.
We lost our home to a fire, it was condemned and needed to be completely rebuilt. The contractor was not able to have have people consistently working on our home.
So we looked for a local business owner and found AJ . He worked everyday, finishing one project and moving immediately to the next. (He didn't even take time off when he got married)
One of the things my huband and I truly appreciated was AJ's advice. Since he has years of experience he was able to tell us what might work better then we had planned. (We did solicite his recommendations,)
My huband, a structural engineer, was thrilled with AJ's over compensation to make sure things were all safe and stable.
We experienced the full depth of AJ's ethics and integrity when he gave us a written estimate for our deck and he realzed later that he had undercharged us by roughly $8,000 AJ honored the estimate without any comment!
In an effort to keep this review real I will share an INITIAL frustration we had. In the beginning of the 8 months of rebuilding our home AJ's lack of punctuality was a concern. He was very open to a conversation and feedback about that situation and it was no longer a concern.
I have since referred AJ to 4 other families and they have all been pleased with his work, his calm demeanor and his guarantee.

Was responsive, but basically just passed me off to a different contractor. Never even bothered to look at the job or offer a bid.

I apologize if the scenario was misconstrued. I had no intentions of passing you off. Based on the description of the job that you gave me, the job you wanted done was outside of my scope and out of good conscience referred you to a very good friend of mine who is more knowledgeable and capable in terms of your job description. I apologize if it came across a different way, but was not my intentions. I wish you well sir and again apologize if there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication.
