What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee on most jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak directly with my clients to get a really good sense of their marketing goals and design needs. Then I create a rough draft from which the client may tell me their preferences and any changes they would like. I work with my clients until they are happy and satisfied with the design piece.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from the University of Arizona, and I have worked as a professional graphic designer for more than 10 years.
