Dan did an awesome job putting up drywall, painting, and doing baseboard tile in our bathroom. He was patient, flexible, and generous enough to show us how to put in grout. We would absolutely hire him again.

Dan was an exceptional communicator who kept me abreast of his progress during the job. He also reaffirmed his commitment to be on time. He completed the job perfectly and briefed me on the usage of the appliance upon completion. He left with all the old appliance parts to dispose of. The area was left spotless.

Dan did an amazing job with all that we asked of him. From insulating our old swamp cooler ducts, patching, texturizing, painting to fixing what the handyman before did wrong. He went out of his way to help us get the needed supplies, so we didn't have to pay delivery fees. His work ethic is extremely strong. Not only does he show up, but he also shows up on time! He is knowledgably, personable and just flat easy to get along with! We will be using Dan for the next projects we have lined up! Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start my pricing at industry standard, then calculate for difficulty of job and amount of time. In a lot of cases, I'm open to price matching written estimates, so don't hesitate to ask!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll schedule a time that works best for you to come take a look at your project. In most cases I will have my estimate to you by the next morning. If you decide to work with me, I'll email you the project schedule for you to review by the following day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up to date on new techniques and materials when I have the chance by reviewing national construction publications and literature.
