Spanish, South American, Baroque and solo fingerstyle Jazz. Kim is a wonderful teacher! He was very patient with a 45 year old with limited natural talent. He met me where I was and added to my skill base in a logical manner. He taught me so much in relation to understanding music. He never missed or was late for a class. He is a wonderful guitarist but never made me feel like I was wasting my time. I am grateful for the time we spent together.

Kim is absolutely the best. A fantastic teacher, an unbelievable player and artist, and an inspiration to all. His vast experience will open doors for every musician at any level. He will push you to be the best and you will always leave hungry to play. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Our 8-year old daughter has been taking classical guitar lessons with Kim Bloom for the past few months and has already learned so much. Kim’s innate passion and knowledge of music translates directly into how he teaches guitar. He not only is teaching her the tricks and skills of how to play the guitar the right way, but also teaches her the theory behind playing. His attention to detail, patience, complementary and encouraging attitude creates a fun, relaxed and informative learning environment. Our daughter is learning very quickly and therefore staying excited about learning. We highly recommend Kim!
