FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For small handyman jobs, I charge 48 dollars an hour for the technician, truck and tools. For larger jobs, I am more than happy to provide an estimate. I accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to begin by having an in depth conversation with the customer to make sure I'm meeting their needs and expectations. There are always different variables with every job and I aim to ensure that I complete each job to the satisfaction of my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a third generation business owner in my field and grew up working in the trades from high school on. I have continuing education on international residential building codes and standards (IRC), as well as international energy conservation code (IECC).
