- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Going out and providing an estimate for my customers is FREE. My prices are standard price there is no such thing as a small job. I treat all my customers with the same respect. My prices are standard we DO NOT work on commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ASF Flooring process is for our customers to trust us and let us provide our professional services to them. And gain there confidence in our company. We will go out and give them a FREE estimate and itemize each service that will be done with NO hidden fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Company has been in business for over 38 years in Commercial/residential. I am the residential specialist that will be meeting with each customer. I have been in the flooring industry for 16 years. I will go out and measure and send the right crew to my customers.
