Jaye's guidance in my weight loss journey after having my first child was incredibly helpful. Jaye was a true accountability partner, giving support and actionable tips when necessary, and tough love when necessary. When working with Jaye she worked to figure out what worked best for me, my lifestyle and how I needed to implement it. While working with Jaye I lost a total of 40 pounds over 6 months and it has been the only time I have been consistently successful at losing weight. I enlisted Jay's help as a personal trainer and nutritionist. I was overweight and just didn't feel good. Jay guided me with diet changes and individualized personal training. If a short few months I had lost weight and body fat and felt absolutely terrific ! I would highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable, professional, individualized my training and nutrition around my needs and abilities.
