I believe my photography style combines two worlds to create a timeless and soft candid look.
I love the photojournalistic side. I find myself thriving in the unplanned, creative territories that you can't map out.
I love candidly capturing the laughter and fun of getting ready, and I love snapping away at all the little details a couple would ordinarily miss out on during the course of a day.
My goal is to always find and capture the natural moments infused with real emotion.
If I had to describe my style, I would say I am a storyteller who wants to create art for my bride and groom to cherish for years to come.

Tara is amazing!!! She sincerely went above and beyond to make my husband and I's dream come true. She was patient, kind and just has this vision that is so beyond anything that I have ever seen. She has the ability to look at something that to me, just looks like an average tree, and create just the most breathtaking photo. Her attention to detail, her vision and her skill with lighting is simply put - BREATHTAKING.
My husband and I also have pretty rowdy friends and family. She was able to keep everyone in check and make sure that they were doing what needed to be done at all times (which trust me, is EXTREMELY hard to do). Overall, I just cannot explain how absolutely wonderful she is. Planning a wedding is stressful and making sure that you have someone who you can trust to take some of the stress off of your plate is indescribable.
To everyone reading this, please know that I recommend Tara, I respect Tara and I trust that Tara will do absolutely everyone to make sure that your big day is captured perfectly. They always say that the photographer is one of the most important people that you can hire for your wedding, as the wedding is over in a blink of an eye while the pictures last forever. I am beyond greatfull that we chose Tara as I know that we will remember our wedding, in part, through her photos forever.

Tara was absolutely amazing and made everyone feel very comfortable. She fit in so well with the wedding party which made the photos that much more enjoyable. Tara was very professional and took the time to listen to everything that we wanted. We received our full gallery earlier than anticipated and the photos are absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend Tara for all of your photography needs!

We used Tara for my daughters senior portrait shoot. I showed my daughter all of the Thumbtack options and let her choose. Tara was friendly and easy to talk to on our initial consultation. I was not there for the actual photo shoot, but my daughter was happy. We will not have actual photos to view for another week, at that point I could give another review. For now though, we are pleased.

Tara was an incredible asset to our wedding experience. From our initial contact to the final delivery she was prompt, courteous, professional and an overall pleasure to work with.
As far as our wedding is concerned Tara was there long before it started and stayed until every shot that we wanted was taken. Tara was fun to have at the wedding and made it comfortable when dealing with full family shots . We were completely speechless with the quality, uniqueness and the way she made it look so effortless and natural. The photos are completely beautiful! I will definitely use her services in the future and will be recommending her to family and friends! I would highly recommend Tara for any type of photography. Especially weddings!
