Intuit (the makers of QuickBooks) have moved the majority of its technical support off shore. IF a small business owner calls the company, they will get a variety of support knowledge from.... "Here is your answer to"..... "let me keep you on the phone for several hours while I stumble through helping you." I used to provide support for the offshore agents, I know what it is like.
