- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price covers a 50-minute class, plus mileage to the student's home (up to 20 miles).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the student on the phone, before going any further. In order to personalize my classes, I need to clarify their interests, previous study of the language (if any), and whether they are visual or auditory learners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.A. in ESL and Spanish, and a M.A. in Linguistics and Language Learning.
