- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For individuals our average price on each tax preparation runs about $250, but we bill per form and their complexity, so could be a little less, or more depending on how complicated things are. Business preparation usually runs on average about $500, but can vary of course based on the size and complexity of the business. Our accounting, payroll and Quickbooks assistance varies on what you are looking for, but give us a call and we would be happy to go over your options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our tax return clients we have an easy to follow tax questionnaire and organizer we send out to all our clients before their appointments to help them gather up all the needed documents. For all new customers we like to sit down for about an hour to go over any questions they may have and give them suggestions and advice on moving forward throughout the next year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a large mix of education and training within the office from master degree's in accounting, with emphasis on tax planning and preparation. We pride ourselves in using today's technology to make the lives of our clients easier and have degrees in Business MIS (Business management of Information and Technology), we have specialized certifications and licenses in tax preparation as well as payroll.
