Introduction: I stopped using Thumbtack due to personal reasons but I never stopped DJing. I am back now to see what it has to offer. I was a club DJ while serving in Okinawa for 4 years. I played for the diverse crowds that the military attracts. That gave me the ability to go from Country to Hip-Hop, Top 40 to Motown. I absolutely love the smiles I see on peoples faces when I play "that song" that takes them back to a happy place in there life.

Planning a wedding can, and normally is, stressful. As the couple, you go through every detail thinking and hoping it will be perfect. When picking out a DJ, we wanted someone who could adapt to us, our style, but be a professional who we can trust. When we met DJ Ventura, we knew instantly he was our DJ! His personality is outgoing, and he is so knowledgeable about wedding logistics and song choices. It made it so easy for us. On top of that, we threw him a wrench when we wanted to have a mix for our wedding ceremony, and he did it seamlessly. The night of the wedding, he got the crowd up and dancing, and even danced on the stage with us. It was so much fun for everyone. I am so blessed we met him because he made our wedding and reception truly a night for us to remember forever. I wouldn't think twice when referring him he is fantastic, and you wont regret it!

Made my wedding a blast! Knew all the right songs to play :) also went out of his way to help with other parts of the wedding such as set up and ensuring the guest were happy. I would recommend this DJ to anyone he is the best!

I had Ventura as my MC for House in the Park Tucson, AZ. I felt he did an outstanding job for our first event. I don't think there could've been another MC used for this occasion and we look forward to putting him to the task again next year!!!!

I wish clients knew that you get exactly what you pay for. I do not negotiate my prices because I know my worth. Unfortunately, clients don't realize they made a mistake in choosing the right DJ......during the actual event.
