What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe my pricing system is complicated, but I do request and require a client provide fullest details of their project, including its content, size, layout, colors, fonts, file format, and all other pertinent details, preferences, specifications. This is a necessary process that assures a client receives an honest and informed price estimate that is fair and reasonable.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I created and designed 31 original, colored pencil illustrations/digital artwork for 'Red Riding Hood and The Wolf', a children's book written and published by Amelia Picklewiggle.
Every illustration is a combination of hand drawn, colored pencil artwork blended with digital art & design. This project was the first time I had ever attempted this technique, and I am happy with the results. It was an amazingly fun, creative, and educational process that resulted in an entirely new and invaluable skill set.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As a client, I demand complete transparency and thorough communication concerning all aspects of the project or assignment a client may wish to collaborate with me on. This includes all pertinent details, preferences, and specifications a client requires and requests.
I always work with official price estimates and contracts, and provide direct deposit invoices and receipts. No exceptions are granted.
My process assures a client will receive a satisfactory service and product.
