Steve helped me prep for an NPC contest and got me into the best shape of my life. He was a much better value than any other coaches I have used in the past. I got weekly check ins with updates to my diet and cardio based on how I looked each check in. He also wrote me work out plans so I could bring up my lagging body parts. The biggest thing I liked about coaching with him is that he was always available and would respond to my texts or questions super quick where other coaches might take a day or more to respond to you.
