- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two flexible pricing options to meet your business needs: Hourly Rate: $150/hour — perfect for short-term projects, audits, or when you just need help here and there. Monthly Retainer: $1,000/month — ideal for ongoing support, strategic planning, or fractional COO services. This option includes regular check-ins, project oversight, and priority access to me when you need it. There are no hidden fees, and I’m always happy to talk through what makes the most sense for your business and budget. Custom packages available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a complimentary online discovery call where we get to know each other. We'll discuss your business background, current pain points, and what kind of support you're looking for. From there, I’ll outline a customized action plan based on your needs—whether it's a one-time project or ongoing support. Once we're aligned, I’ll send over a proposal and service agreement to get started. My goal is to make the onboarding process smooth, transparent, and efficient—so we can hit the ground running.

I bring over 20 years of hands-on Human Resources experience across a wide range of industries—including manufacturing, plumbing, retail, and hospitality—supporting teams from small businesses to global companies with up to 3,000 employees. My background includes everything from: -Employee relations and conflict resolution -Recruitment and onboarding -Training & development programs -HR handbook updates & compliance -Payroll and benefits administration I’ve worked with both nationwide and international teams, giving me the flexibility and insight to support businesses at any stage of growth.
