This option includes regular check-ins, project oversight, and priority access to me when you need it.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I start with a complimentary online discovery call where we get to know each other. We'll discuss your business background, current pain points, and what kind of support you're looking for. From there, I’ll outline a customized action plan based on your needs—whether it's a one-time project or ongoing support. Once we're aligned, I’ll send over a proposal and service agreement to get started. My goal is to make the onboarding process smooth, transparent, and efficient—so we can hit the ground running.
