I give this company 5 stars all the way from the person who took my original call, then the tech, Chris Beach, who called me back within an hour or so and set up a next day appointment, and until the job was finished!Out of 5 plumbing services I called, Serv'All was the only one to reply in a timely manner. My home is 55 years old. I had a leak between a wall downstairs, an upstairs dripping bathtub faucet which would been very costly to replace, and a lavatory faucet replacement. I can't say enough about Chris. He arrived on time, was very efficient in locating the source of the leak within the wall, and repaired it with minimal repair required, rebuilt the tub faucet, replaced the lavatory faucet, and cleaned up well after all the jobs. My son has always taken care of most of my home repairs until until his current health issues. When I told him my regular plumber and the others I found online hadn't replied, he remembered Randall (Dixie Septic Tank Service) mentioning Serv'All when they were doing some tank work for both of us. He gave me their number which I called, and am very glad I did!
