I offer flexible pricing options based on the scope and frequency of services needed and hourly, project-based, or retainer packages. Long-term clients or bulk-hour commitments receive discounted rates. There are no hidden fees, and I always provide clear estimates upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a discovery call to understand your needs, goals, and workflow preferences. From there, I create a tailored plan outlining the services I’ll provide, how we’ll communicate, and a timeline. Once we align, we move forward with a service agreement and kickoff.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on experience as an Executive and Personal Assistant, with formal training in administrative systems, time management, and office technology. I’m highly proficient in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, and I regularly update my skills to stay current with tech tools and productivity platforms.
