This can definitely be life changing if you let it be! It for sure was for me, after having kids I haven’t been consistent with exercising or eating, and I’ve often had an all or nothing mentality with things which has lead me down a road of gaining weight and eating poorly. I know without a doubt had I not taken this course I would be stuck in those same patterns (I mean I was for over 5 years!) it was the perfect thing to get my butt into gear and motivate me to keep on going. The course pleasantly surprised me that I was able to see differences in my weight and energy levels without making a bunch of crazy changes! I love the setup of the class! I love how Jake teaches, guides, and checks in with you while you have the responsibility of figuring out what you’re going to do about meals, exercising, goals, etc. yourself. It makes it very doable and gives one confidence and power that they can meet their goals. His course not only helped me transform physically, but mentally as well. It’s change the way I look at health and my habits and has given me the confidence that I CAN change in the ways I want to change, and that it’s not nearly as hard I thought it would be.
