- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on your event size, the number of gelato carts and staff needed, and your choice of flavors. Every quote includes setup, serving, and cleanup. We offer a variety of classic and seasonal flavors, including vegan options, to match your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers contact us by message or email. We’ll discuss your event size and offer a selection of flavor options to choose from—including vegan and seasonal flavors. Our team will handle delivery and setup of the gelato cart, and we just ask that electricity is available at your venue. We arrive about one hour before serving time for preparation, so everything is ready for your guests.

Our team has over 30 years of experience in the food business, with deep expertise in artisan gelato production, catering, and event service. We are committed to high standards of food safety, quality, and hospitality—bringing professional experience to every event.
