I always let customers know about any current Vivint promotions (like free doorbell cameras) and make sure they understand all costs upfront—no surprises. We also offer flexible financing options to make it easier for families to get protected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking what’s most important to them—whether it’s cameras, smart locks, or overall peace of mind. Then I walk through the options and tailor the setup to fit their home. I always make sure to test everything with the customer before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
’ve gone through certified training with Vivint, including technical system setup, troubleshooting, and customer education. I also keep up with new features and updates to ensure I provide the best service possible.
