- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on each client’s needs — no two businesses are exactly alike. Most of our clients pay between $200–$500/month for full-service bookkeeping, with pricing depending on transaction volume and complexity. We’re happy to offer a free consultation to understand your business and provide a clear, flat monthly rate — no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we schedule a Zoom call with one of our experienced sales reps to learn about their business, understand their unique bookkeeping needs, and answer any questions. This consultation allows us to prepare a customized quote based on their transaction volume, complexity, and specific requirements. Once pricing is agreed upon, we’ll guide them through a smooth and simple onboarding process to get their books organized and up-to-date quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines formal accounting expertise and real-world small business experience. One of our CPAs has been serving clients since 1994, and our sales representative has been working with businesses for over 12 years. As the owner, I’ve been running businesses myself since 2012 and currently operate five companies. This blend of hands-on entrepreneurial experience and CPA-level knowledge allows us to truly understand what small business owners need and deliver bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services that are practical, accurate, and reliable.
