FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At KFM Designs Photography, LLC, pricing is always transparent and tailored to the type of session or event. Session Fees: Each session includes the time, talent, and professional equipment needed to capture your images, whether in studio or on location. Prints & Digitals: You’ll have options for individual prints, digital files, or discounted packages, so you only invest in what fits your needs. Flexibility: From sports and seniors to weddings and portraits, packages are designed to work within a range of budgets. We also offer full-gallery options and all-inclusive collections when you want everything. Value: While pricing may vary depending on the scope of coverage, editing, or travel, every client receives the same level of professional care, retouching, and quick turnaround times. No Surprises: Final costs are always shared up front, so you know exactly what you’re investing in before committing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At KFM Designs Photography, LLC, I like to keep the process simple, clear, and stress-free: Consultation – We’ll start with a conversation (phone, email, or in person) to talk about your vision, location ideas, and what type of session best fits your needs. Booking – Once details are set, we secure your date with a booking confirmation. I’ll also share helpful prep guides so you know exactly what to expect. The Session – On the day of your shoot, I’ll direct posing as much or as little as you’d like, while also leaving room for natural moments. My goal is always to capture your personality and story. Editing & Retouching – After the shoot, I carefully cull, edit, and retouch your images with professional tools so they’re polished but natural. Gallery Delivery – Your images are delivered in a private online gallery where you can view, share, and order prints or digital packages. Ordering & Follow-Up – Whether you choose a single digital, a package, or an entire gallery, I make the process easy. Prints and albums can be ordered directly, and I’m always available for questions or custom requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography has been a lifelong journey for me. I picked up my first camera as a teenager and continued learning through hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training. Over the years, I’ve invested in workshops, professional development, and certifications that keep my skills current with today’s photography standards and technology. I’ve been a professional photographer since 1998, covering everything from portraits and weddings to sports and corporate work. I’m also an active member of leading industry organizations, including the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), the Arizona Professional Photographers Association, the Professional Photographers of Kentucky, and the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA). This combination of 25+ years of professional experience, continuing education, and community involvement ensures that my clients receive both technical excellence and creative artistry in every session.
