- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and transparent with no hidden fees. Every project includes a Discovery phase, a full Design phase, two revision rounds, and a final approval stage. I offer affordable rates for small businesses and optional add-ons if needed. Payment is split into a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due at final delivery. Discounts may be available for returning clients or bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a Discovery call or message to understand your goals, style preferences, and the features you need. From there, I create a Design phase where I share mockups, brand direction, and layout ideas. Once approved, I move into the Build phase and develop your website with regular check-ins to keep you updated. You’ll get two revision rounds to fine-tune everything, followed by a final approval meeting. After full payment, I deliver your completed website, transfer files if needed, and provide support on how to manage your new site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the Nucamp Web Development Bootcamp, where I gained hands-on training in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and modern website best practices. I also continue to grow my skills through ongoing learning, client projects, and real-world experience building websites, branding, and digital assets.
