Joe did professional quality electrical work at two different houses for us. The first house we were preparing to sell but had major electrical issues in our sunroom and septic system a few weeks before listing. He quickly found the issue and proposed a solution within our budget. He installed all new parts and wiring and worked collaboratively with our septic contractor to ensure our pre-inspection passed , before listing our house for sale. The second house was a new purchase. I gave him the inspection report of an old Seattle 1910 house and asked can you fix it? He gave us upfront estimates with very reasonable pricing . All issues were fixed before we even moved in. It’s been a year now and everything Joe installed is working great! We would highly recommend Joe Evans.

I'm a GC and recently used Jo on two projects, he did an excellent job. He even took the time to jump on a call and help me troubleshoot electrical issues on another job I was tied up on. Jo is now my go-to electrician.
