FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is transparent, competitive, and designed to fit a variety of needs and budgets. I occasionally offer seasonal discounts and promotional packages (such as holiday or event specials), which will always be clearly communicated in advance. Travel outside my local service area may include a small travel fee, and specialty services such as drone photography, extended editing, rush delivery, or additional shooting time may add to the base package price. There are no hidden fees — everything is discussed upfront so clients know exactly what to expect. My goal is to provide high-quality work, fair pricing, and great value for every session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, organized, and designed to make clients feel comfortable from start to finish. First, I start with a quick consultation to understand the client’s vision, location, style, and goals for the session. We discuss package options, scheduling, and any special requests so expectations are clear upfront. Once booked, I send a confirmation with session details and preparation tips (wardrobe ideas, timing, location planning, etc.). On the day of the shoot, I focus on creating a relaxed, professional environment so clients can enjoy the experience while I capture high-quality images. After the session, I carefully edit the best photos and deliver them within the agreed turnaround time through an easy-to-access gallery. I stay available for any follow-up requests or additional edits. My goal is to provide a smooth, stress-free experience and deliver images clients will love.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal education along with years of hands-on training and real-world experience in photography and technology. I studied visual arts and photography fundamentals, and I’ve continued developing my skills through professional workshops, online training, and ongoing self-education in lighting, composition, editing, and drone operation. In addition to creative training, I have a strong technical background in IT and digital systems, which helps me stay current with the latest camera equipment, editing software, and workflow tools. This combination of artistic education and technical expertise allows me to deliver high-quality, professional results while maintaining efficient, reliable service for my clients. Photography is a field where continuous learning is essential, and I actively practice, study new techniques, and invest in updated gear and training to improve my craft.
