I called Enlightened Electric frustrated. I paid another electrician, but he couldn’t figure out my problem. My breaker kept tripping. I found Enlightened Electric online and decided to give them a call. James was quick to respond. He sounded confident he could figure out the problem. He already had some ideas on the phone. He showed up on time and ready to help me. He asked lots of questions. He did some trouble shooting. In less than 30 minutes, the problem was solved and repaired! He actually found an outlet that was burnt on the inside. So glad this didn’t turn into something worse for my family. Thank you again James. I will save the headache next time and just call Enlightened Electric.
