- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyjob is treated equally, and all jobs will be discounted where needed. If a client is military, elderly, or special needs, we will give a discount to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we have a set menu of work we provide, so it is just narrowing down on what is needed to offer help!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have all licenses, from the C10 electrical license, to years of training and guidance from the owners of the company.
