- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the scope and level of support needed. Some clients need a one-time audit or setup, while others want ongoing consulting or project execution. We are very transparent about costs and will always outline pricing before work begins so there are no surprises. We also offer bundled packages for certain services, which can provide better overall value. In many cases, investing in getting the right structure in place upfront helps clients avoid much more expensive issues later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a discovery conversation to understand your goals, challenges, and where you feel stuck. From there, we outline clear recommendations and a proposed plan of action. Once approved, our team works closely with you to implement solutions step by step. We stay hands-on throughout the process and provide regular updates so you always know what is happening and what progress is being made.
