- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the type of work and time required. Most small electrical or handyman jobs have a fixed installation price. Materials are usually not included unless discussed beforehand. I always provide an estimate before starting the work so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer for a few details about the project and sometimes a photo of the area. Then I provide an estimate and schedule a convenient time. Once on site, I complete the installation or repair and make sure everything works properly before finishing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently work in the electrical field and have hands-on experience with residential electrical work, troubleshooting, and installing fixtures and smart home devices. I’m continuing to expand my knowledge while working in the trade and providing reliable handyman services.
