What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call so you can get a feel for how I work before investing anything. Programs start at $750 for a 3-session reset and go up from there based on your goals. Payment plans are available on all packages so cost is never a barrier to getting started.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call where I learn about your situation and you see if we're a good fit. From there I build a custom plan around your actual numbers and goals — not a generic template. We meet regularly, track your progress, and I hold you accountable every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Coach, certified in November 2024 through Ramsey Solutions. I also hold a business degree from Georgia State University and bring over 20 years of real-world entrepreneurial experience, including building and selling multiple business locations.
