- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a quick phone call or message to understand the customer’s needs. From there, we schedule an on-site visit to assess the project, take measurements, and discuss details. We then provide a clear, written estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the job, communicate throughout the process, and ensure everything is completed to the customer’s satisfaction before final walkthrough and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on training in the field, specializing in finish carpentry, interior systems, exterior services and property maintenance. We’ve developed our skills through years of working on residential and commercial projects, focusing on quality craftsmanship, proper installation techniques, and job site safety.
