We offer bundled pricing for turnkey services including storage, transportation, rigging, and installation, which helps save our customers time and money. What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We start with a phone call or site visit to understand the project scope, schedule, equipment details, and site conditions. From there, we build a detailed execution plan and provide a clear quote. Once approved, our team coordinates logistics, scheduling, manpower, equipment, and safety planning to ensure a smooth operation from start to finish. Communication and transparency are a priority throughout the entire project. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our team has years of hands-on experience in rigging, machinery moving, logistics, and industrial construction environments. We maintain industry certifications including OSHA training, forklift certifications, rigging and signaling training, and jobsite safety compliance. Our experience ranges from data centers and manufacturing facilities to large industrial projects requiring precision equipment handling. How did you get started doing this type of work? I got started in the crane, rigging, and heavy haul industry years ago working directly in the field. Over time, I developed a passion for solving complex logistical and rigging challenges while building strong relationships with customers in the industrial and data center markets. Ceros Industrial Services was built around providing customers with a better, more transparent turnkey solution backed by real field experience. What types of customers have you worked with? We have worked with general contractors, electrical contractors, manufacturers, data center operators, industrial facilities, and mission critical construction teams. Our projects range from small machinery moves to large-scale data center equipment installations involving switchgear, generators, transformers, and critical infrastructure. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take? One project we are especially proud of involved receiving, storing, tracking, transporting, and rigging electrical equipment for a mission critical facility. Our team coordinated every phase from warehouse inventory management to final installation onsite. The project took several weeks and required detailed planning, real-time communication, and precise execution to keep the customer’s schedule on track. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? Hire a company based on experience, communication, safety, and reliability — not just the lowest price. Ask about their safety program, insurance, equipment capabilities, and experience handling similar projects. A professional contractor should be able to clearly explain the process, identify risks, and provide solutions before problems happen. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? Customers should think about equipment dimensions and weights, delivery schedules, site access limitations, storage needs, installation requirements, and overall project timelines. Having clear project information upfront helps us provide accurate pricing, proper equipment recommendations, and a smooth execution plan from beginning to end.
