- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultation / Service Fee: We charge a $60 consultation fee upon arrival for site visits, troubleshooting, assessments, and professional recommendations. If you choose to move forward with the proposed work, the full $60 is credited toward your project invoice. Discount Programs: We proudly offer discounts for seniors, veterans, disabled individuals, and customers experiencing financial hardship, as part of our commitment to helping our community. No High-Pressure Sales: We provide honest recommendations and options based on your needs, budget, and long-term goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a conversation. Once you contact us, we'll gather some basic information about your project, concerns, and goals. We then schedule a site visit or consultation so we can properly assess the work and provide an accurate estimate. After reviewing the scope of work, we'll present our recommendations, pricing, and available options. Once the estimate is approved, we can schedule and proceed with the work. Throughout the project, we believe in clear communication and transparency. We keep our customers informed about what is being done, why it's being done, and any potential issues that may be discovered along the way. No additional work or changes are performed without discussing them with you first and obtaining your approval, ensuring there are no unexpected surprises. Our goal is to deliver quality workmanship, prioritize safety, and make sure every customer is satisfied with the final result. We also value feedback and continuously strive to improve. With more than 25 years of industry experience, we know that every project presents an opportunity to learn, grow, and better serve our customers.
