- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on each client’s goals, training frequency, and the level of support needed. I offer in-person training packages, custom workout plans sent by email, and optional nutrition guidance for clients who want a more complete approach. Discounted rates are available when purchasing multiple sessions or committing to a monthly package. Nutrition guidance can be added to any training option for an additional fee. My goal is to provide clear, fair pricing with no hidden fees. Travel fees may apply depending on location, but this will always be discussed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with a conversation about your goals, current fitness level, health history, schedule, and any limitations or injuries. From there, I create a realistic training approach that fits your lifestyle, whether we are training in person, working remotely, or building a custom workout plan for you to follow on your own. For in-person clients, I focus on proper form, strength-building, accountability, and steady progress each session. For remote clients, I provide clear workouts, guidance, and check-ins so you still feel supported even if we are not training face-to-face. As we work together, I track progress, make adjustments when needed, and help you build habits that are sustainable long term. My goal is to make sure you feel confident, challenged, and supported throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong personal background in fitness, strength training, and body recomposition, with hands-on experience creating structured workout plans focused on weight training, muscle building, toning, fat loss, and overall conditioning. My training approach is built around proper form, progressive overload, consistency, and creating realistic plans that clients can actually stick to. I also continue to study exercise programming, nutrition basics, recovery, and habit-building so I can provide clients with well-rounded support. In addition to my own fitness journey, I have experience helping others build confidence in the gym, learn proper technique, and create sustainable routines that support their goals long term.
