This company is a gem. The owner, Sean, came out to my house to recharge my freon due to my unit freezing over the night before.I know I have a leak on my 11 year old system, so I asked him to check it. He identified and tested a small, slow leak in my coil.Heres what sets him apart: he didnt try to push a costly $1-2k coil replacement and kept it real with me about how I could spend a couple grand to replace a coil or I could just recharge my unit every few years for a very small fraction of that.Given the age of my unit, it made more sense to just recharge as needed.Honesty & integrity is increasingly rare these days, which makes working with Insight very refreshing.I highly recommend giving these guys a call if you have any HVAC needs.
