- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are meant to offer a high quality product at an affordable cost. Prices are dependent on length of session, ranging from a mini 15-minute shoot up to our deluxe 2-hour shoot, and location, taking into consideration both travel time and any multi-location shoots.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step when working with a new customer is identifying the vision you have and figuring out how to make it come to life. This can include pintrest boards, inspiration from media, etc. We take pride in doing our due diligence so your photos represent you as much as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While photography has been a passion of ours for years, Katie and I's training is actually in social work and mental health counseling respectively which we believe has helped us connect with customers on a deeper level than purely transactional.
