We provide detailed, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Material allowances may be included for items not yet selected, and any differences are adjusted fairly through change orders. We focus on quality workmanship, reliability, and delivering lasting results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call or site visit to understand your project and goals. After reviewing the scope, we provide a detailed proposal and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the work, coordinate materials and logistics, and keep you informed throughout the project until final completion and walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on construction experience covering residential renovations, remodeling, structural work, kitchens, bathrooms, masonry, and exterior projects. I hold a New York City Home Improvement Contractor License, OSHA certification, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. My combination of field experience and project management training allows me to successfully oversee projects from planning and budgeting through construction and completion while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and communication.
