- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is priced individually because no two websites are the same. I start with a free consultation to understand your goals, then send a clear, all-in quote with no hidden fees — you'll know the full cost before any work begins. I'm happy to work within a range of budgets and can scope a project up or down to fit yours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free consultation where I learn about your business, goals, and what you want the site to do. From there I send a written proposal and quote. Once we're aligned, I move into design, share drafts for your feedback, then build and test the site. Before launch we do a final review together, and I make sure you're comfortable managing or updating the site afterward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training has come from years of hands-on professional experience, including work at major financial institutions where I helped implement AI and modern technology solutions at scale. That background gives me a strong foundation in building reliable, high-quality digital products — and I bring that same standard to every website I create, no matter the size of the project.
