5 NO shows, NO calls for repair of gutters they installed that were incorrectly installed (not draining properly towards the down spouts). I hired Certified Roofing Solutions in Ocala Fl who apparently had Diamond Seamless Gutters install them. Day 1 they showed up with gutters, but NO leaf guards and NO flexible draining tubes as specified in my contract. Put the gutters up on May 31st, said they'd be back June 5th with leaf guards and flexible tube. They did not arrive until June 7th (no show, no call on June 5th), came with leaf guards but no flexible tubes. Certified Roofing refunded me $200 for the flexible tubes. Rained (no hard) on June 28th, gutters were leaking and overflowing. Reached out with photos and videos. They came and informed me the gutters were not aligned to drain towards the down spouts and made an appointment to fix the issue. I then discovered the leaf guards were not aligned, and one even mangled along the back, informed them of that issue. Total of five re-scheduled NO show, NO calls before receiving a call on Sunday Aug 11th that the technician would be at my home in 15 minutes and an apology. I informed him that I was currently not home but would arrive in 45 minutes. When I arrived the technician said he had "trimmed' the gutters and would be back on Aug 20th to verify they worked correctly or put in additional drain spouts and replace the leaf guards that were damaged. No show, no call and no response to my messages since. I've put in a claim at the Better Business Bureau of Ocala to remediate having they fixed correctly or pay for a company to repair what they've done. There is no option to add photos which is a shame.

Leaving a 1 star review because I dont have the ability to leave 0 stars. Diamond seamless gutters put up gutters on my home this past weekend and did a horrible job. The gutters are saggy and leaking all over the place. The Employee/Owner of the company that came to install the gutters did not have all the proper materials or tools. He didnt even so much as have a level to verify where the water would go. He said he was a professional and had been doing it for so long that there was no need (Ive never seen a carpenter say anything like this so why would it be different for any other trade.) the downspouts were too high off of the ground and are already causing issues in my yard where the water comes out. NOW I HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO COME REMOVE THIS HORRIBLE JOB AND PROPERLY INSTALL NEW GUTTERS. LUCKILY I FOUND AN AMAZING COMPANY OUT IN LEESBURG! DIAMOND SEAMLESS GUTTERS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! NOT WORTH SAVING A COUPLE BUCKS!!
