I’m Christian Boyd, a New York real estate executive and Head of Operations with a career spanning residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate. I currently direct operations and strategy across ATCO’s portfolio, with responsibility for portfolio performance, capital planning, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, capital and infrastructure needs, and the execution of property improvement initiatives. My career has also included senior operations and property management roles with Related Management Company, Black Spruce Management and Simone Development Companies. At Related, I managed residential and mixed-use properties, and at Simone I oversaw operations across a 34-property commercial portfolio throughout New York City and Westchester County. My expertise includes property operations, capital projects, construction coordination, leasing, regulatory compliance, preventative maintenance, vendor management and strategic oversight. I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Engineering Technology from New York City College of Technology and am an American Concrete Institute Certified Concrete Field-Testing Technician – Grade I and a Certified Survey Technician.
