- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price each job based on the actual scope of work, materials, and what it takes to do it right. We give clear pricing before we start, and if anything changes along the way, we discuss it with you first. No surprises, no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand the project, then schedule a site visit if needed. Once we see the scope, we go over the work, materials, timeline, and pricing. After everything is agreed on, we schedule the job and keep you updated as the work moves along. If anything changes, we discuss it with you before moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re licensed by the California Contractors State License Board as a B General Building Contractor. Our experience also comes from years of hands-on residential construction, remodeling, repairs, and managing projects in the field from planning through completion.
