- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a customized pricing structure based on my clients needs. My initial consultation is complimentary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial call then send over a proposal letter. Once services have been agreed upon then I require an initial deposit to begin. My turn around time is usually 2 weeks for a clean up project before reoccurring services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and authorized by the IRS as a tax preparer.
