FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard service of process starts at $99.99 per serve and includes multiple attempts, GPS-verified proof of every attempt, and a court-ready affidavit. Rush (24–48 hour) and same-day service are available for an added fee. Notarization is separate and only charged when your court requires it. Skip trace / locate is an optional add-on for defendants who have moved. Invoices are itemized by service, travel and tax — nothing hidden in the total. Paying by bank account earns a discount; the card fee applies to credit cards only, never debit. Full pricing is posted on rmpgutahps.us before you ever talk to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Send us the documents — upload the summons, complaint, subpoena or notice through our client portal or by email. We confirm receipt and the defendant's last known address the same business day. 2) We locate and attempt service — a vetted, Utah-based server makes attempts at the address, varying the time of day for evasive defendants. 3) GPS-verified proof at the door — every attempt is timestamped with GPS coordinates and photos, and you can watch each attempt in real time in the portal. 4) Court-ready affidavit — you receive a sworn Proof of Service drafted to Utah Rule of Civil Procedure 4, ready to file and notarized when your court requires it. We stay your single point of contact from order to affidavit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is built around Utah Rule of Civil Procedure 4 and Utah Code §78B-8-302, and our proof system is designed to be self-authenticating under Federal and Utah Rule of Evidence 902(13). Every server — core team or vetted affiliate — is held to the same documentation standard: GPS-verified, timestamped attempts and a sworn, court-ready affidavit. We are fully insured.
