Paul got right back to me within 15 minutes. He had no problem with my work hours (nights). He was actually earlier than time given. Called and kept me updated on his arrival. He came in and looked at what I tried to do lol, (a mess on the wall), he said oh ok smiled, I can fix this. It ended up being the main unit on my roof. I will definitely be calling him for other things I need done and replaced and fixed. A very good experience from the get go
