The same day I called for service, repair technician came over. The technician explained the service that was going to be done prior to the repair. The replacement of the door springs was done in a timely manner and the work area was left clean as prior to start. I would give them A+ rating, fast, knowledgeable and price reasonable.

They were going to send someone by or call to resolve any issues. Although very nice on the phone, no one ever called back or stopped by to check on the installation. They also didn't do anything about the 15% discount offer for a new opener on their website. "15% OFF NEW OPENER INSTALLATION /REPAIR" Overall it was what I expected to happen as our unit was over 20 years old. He identified the problem as with the motor system although it seemed to be an intermittent problem with the opener. So I agreed to have a new unit put in for $850 plus tax. Took about 2 hours. The wife wasn't happy that the wires going to the eyes sensors were tight and would break off and that there should be a slacker. He assured her that this is the way it should be done and don't put anything around the eyes to avoid the problem. She felt that was easier to say than done in reality. I know he didn't want to rerun the wires so that is why it was left and if they ever break, it will be my fault. They did come out within 24 hours.
