Especially after Hurricane Ian, it is hard to get a company out there as quick as possible if needed wich i absolutely understand. Our car was stuck in the garage since the door couldn’t open. Although a small issue but a big impact. YC Garage doors responded quickly and solved the problem very quickly. I can recommend this company! Thank you again for your help.

They were going to send someone by or call to resolve any issues. Although very nice on the phone, no one ever called back or stopped by to check on the installation. They also didn't do anything about the 15% discount offer for a new opener on their website. "15% OFF NEW OPENER INSTALLATION /REPAIR" Overall it was what I expected to happen as our unit was over 20 years old. He identified the problem as with the motor system although it seemed to be an intermittent problem with the opener. So I agreed to have a new unit put in for $850 plus tax. Took about 2 hours. The wife wasn't happy that the wires going to the eyes sensors were tight and would break off and that there should be a slacker. He assured her that this is the way it should be done and don't put anything around the eyes to avoid the problem. She felt that was easier to say than done in reality. I know he didn't want to rerun the wires so that is why it was left and if they ever break, it will be my fault. They did come out within 24 hours.

I highly recommend Daniel from The YC Garage Door ! He's extremely knowledgeable, efficient but at the same time provides great customer service. My builder installed door was not properly installed years ago and wss out of builders warranty. Daniel was able to trouble shoot the problem right away over the phone, and knew exactly what to do and what parts were required. He fit us in right away the next day, and provided a thorough consultation and quote before performing any work. His service included a general tune up of the door to ensure it was in top working order above and beyond the repair itself. Thank you for the quality service!
