Ron did a wonderful job!!! I had a wooden porch in the backyard that was falling apart. Ron replaced it with a composite decking and metal railing. He made an effort to lower the cost of the project. The new porch looks amazing! I strongly recommend him!

He is friendly and brings good energy with him. He provided a very thorough and meticulous cleaning to the house, especially with the cleaning of the tile grout and stains on the counter tops. He even went the extra step to reorganize our towels to look more presentable to our guests. :)

Overall a great experience. Scott swapped my porch iron railings with wooden panels. He advised me on which route to take with regard to materials to cut cost as well as design layout to compliment the house. Scott was very professional throughout the job, always notifying me the night before when he will show up the next day and would show up on time. He always cleaned up after every job and left the house cleaner than it was. As far as quality, I couldn't have asked for a better guy for the job. All the lines are even and hardware used are of good quality. And, the job was priced reasonably.

We hired Dan to do multiple projects around inside and outside of our home. He stained our back fence, he removed a large canvas canopy off side of our home, some patching and installing baby gates inside home, made bookshelves, and built an entirely new beautiful deck and handrail in our front yard for a great price. He was timely and professional and always communicated his progress. He was great with our dogs and our young toddler. We would definitely hire him again!

Juan Lopez and his assistant, Ozzie, did everything on my longish list skillfully and completely. In particular, I admired their carpentry skills. They trimmed and installed a new door, including the routing needed to install the hinges. The result was a perfect fit and professional look. They also built and installed a 16-foot railing in our stairwell and stained and finished it to match the rail on the other side. They did some electrical work, moving a switch to a new location and fixing the remaining hole, plus a couple of drywall repairs and fixing a curtain rod installation that I had botched. The price was very fair.

I am so thrilled with the results of the project that Robert did for me. His attention to detail is impeccable, and it's very rare to find people with that level of artistry and professionalism these days. I hired him to stain my deck, but he made sure everything was done to absolute perfection. It's like I have a brand new deck!

Dan did a kitchen, bathroom, and hardwood floor restoration job on my 1928 Spanish Revival home. This project entailed replacing old linoleum kitchen counters w/beautiful granite; demoing my bathroom due to water damage and replacing and re-enforcing the floor, installing a new bathtub, bathroom counters, ceiling vent, some plumbing and painting. The floors look amazing! They are now safe, sturdy, and replaced with beautiful unique porcelain sheets! Dan also re-tiled the shower area with detailed individualized tiling that compliments the flooring. The bathroom counter area was enlarged for more space and storage and then a beautiful white quartz counter installed. He was also able to sand, stain, and re-finish the floors. I'm not sure how, but he was able to replace the damaged wood to match the original 1928 wood flooring. It looks seamless! That was a feat in itself. Dan has gone on to complete several other projects at my home, including replacing and re-wiring the entire house, thus bringing it up to code. Thanks Dan for your hard work and dedication to this project. I can't wait until our next project. ~K.R.James

Staining my deck was a tedious job and probably needed more than one person but Ian tackled it all by himself. He was respectful and thorough in his work, especially after pressure washing. My 4+ year old deck looked brand new again.

I really was pleased when I used Ultimate Wash and Detail for the first time. I look for being punctual and professional. That definitely was an A+. For years I tried to get the oil stains out of my driveway, trying to do it myself. Edward helped me out with my drive way. And knew just exactly what to use and get them right out. Didn't take him much time. Edward was very kind, not only that he made sure he got the the job done, and explained what he did... What I was really pleased with this company is they beat prices. Definitely will keep using Ultimate Wash and Detail for my next pressure wash project... -Graciela Legliu

This handyman saved me from a nightmare. An unexpected water leak required the destruction of my side yard and concrete carport by some other hired crew. The water pipes were repaired, however the carport was restored incorrectly and even left my garage door un-closeable. Their careless mistakes left behind called for big home improvements; I didn't even know where to start. Enter Craig from C&C Home Repairs! His solutions were so well thought out, not only calculating functionality but a pleasing aesthetic as well. He works cleanly, at normal times of day (not waking me up at dawn to the buzzing of a saw), and communicates clearly. I have my porch, carport and garage back in WAY better condition than before all due to his efforts!!! Thank you C&C Home Repairs!

Eddie was a true professional. His goal was to make sure my deck looked amazing. He was as invested in this project as I was. He gave a fair price and I am every bit happy with the completed product. He and his team cleaned, sanded, stained, and sealed my deck. I highly recommend him as he is genuine, kind, punctual, and professional. Thanks Eddie!

Scott Nason is the only Handyman that I will ever use.  He painted four rooms.  He repaired my fence and low voltage landscape lighting.  He fixed a bad case of dry rot in my exterior doors and exterior window frame and trim and fixed a major dry rot situation in my laundry room after installing a new water heater. He removed decades-old oil stains in my carport then refinished the concrete to match the exterior of my home.  He put up extra shelving in my storage shed and laundry room.  In a bathroom he removed and replaced tiles so the plumber could access the fixture that was being replaced and then put in a new sink and faucet, tiled the countertop in marble, slate and ascents, then put in a new mirror and lighting fixture.  He fixed the oven fan.  In the summer I plan to have him paint my exterior wood trim.  He has a large number of “before” and “after” pictures and you should look at them.  He is a perfectionist and is not satisfied until the finished look is perfect.  I would be fine if the work looked “just OK” and not perfect.  The cost of his repair of the dry rot in my doors and windows was much less than replacing the doors and windows.

Mark and Nick Fletcher built a front porch for my wife and I, including a ramp for ease of access. They gave me my quote exactly when they said they would (which is not always the case with contractors), and the price was reasonable. They quickly acquired materials and set to work within a few days of providing the quote. The work took a bit longer than I think they expected, but that was not their fault, because there are considerable obstacles around our home, and distractions. They compensated for it by working late, and did so without complaint or prodding from us. They dealt with a dozen dogs during construction, being underfoot, and my crazy dad distracting them constantly. The materials they selected were high-quality, and they used excellent hardware to construct the joists. No corners were cut, and the overall appearance of the porch is better than I imagined, and additionally, it is incredibly sturdy and lines up perfectly with our existing threshold to the main entrance to the house. No loose screws, no jagged edges, no stone left unturned. On top of all of that, Mark and Nick are extremely friendly, trustworthy, and they are detail oriented. Communication was excellent, and I never felt that they strayed from the original plan, other than making timely suggestions that improved my original ideas. We went a hair over budget, but again, that was not their fault. We discussed some items that I didn't even think of, but knew immediately were necessary, and we mutually agreed to go over. HIRE THESE GUYS!!! You will not be disappointed. I plan to use their services again when we get ready for a second deck, in our back yard. Thank you Mark and Nick!!!! It was absolutely a pleasure to meet you guys, and we can't wait to enjoy our deck!!!

My house was built in 1930 and except for changing the counter top, the flooring and the sink, the kitchen and laundry room had never been upgraded or remodeled. Rodrigo at RBF design had done some work for me before which I loved and I decided to have him remodel my kitchen and laundry room. He gutted them both down to the studs, and replaced everything -- drywall, floor, ceiling, and, of course, the cabinets. He built the cabinets out of premium cherry, which we decided not to stain. He just varnished them and they are absolutely stunning. The cabinet doors are all hardwood -- not just veneer -- and the quality of the workmanship is superb. He built and installed the cabinets, installed the drywall, painted, and installing the backsplash. His attention to detail is outstanding and I cannot recommend his services enough. Rodrigo and I designed the kitchen together, with him providing many of the fine details like using soft closing/self-closing hinges. Once the design was done, he measured and built the cabinets, without demolishing the existing kitchen. This meant that while he built the cabinets (which is time consuming) I still had a working kitchen. Once the cabinets were ready, it was time to start the demolition. From the start of demolition (which included taking down a wall between the kitchen and the laundry room, breaking up and removing an old saltillo tile floor) and re-drywalling all the walls and the ceiling) until the time the kitchen was completed, was approximately 4 weeks. Obviously, this was a real plus since it meant we only had to cook on a camp stove and have the major appliances stored in the dining room for a remarkably short period of time. Rodrigo is very professional, has a great sense of humor, is personable and, above all else, is a fantastic master craftsman.

Daniel helped my boyfriend and I design, plan, and install our very own Juniper 2-person desk. After interesting for weeks, we knew what we wanted, we basically had the look and feel in our mind's eye but Daniel helped us make it a reality. Those snags you ALWAYS hit in DIY project? Daniel basically made those disappear because he knows what he's doing. Your project will go from DIY level to perfection, and fast. Measurements, tools, wood, piping, bracing. He created a list of what we'd need and where to go for the best wood. After consulting with him on which stain to use and how best to sand, we bought everything, sanded and stained on our own (to say we did!) but when it came to installing we relied heavily on his expertise. We could not have done it without him. The wood we chose for the desk is heavy and Daniel braced and mounted the desk so beautifully. With Daniel's help, we decided to create an affect of floating on one side, and on the other, the industrial piping that we sanded down for an even more industrial look. We love it. It's sturdy. It's everything we wanted and more. And its unique, not just some Ikea thing. He's affordable, kind, collaborative, and creative. Look no further!
