- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A typical pricing structure for onsite cooking classes will cost $100/hour plus the cost of food being prepared.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is our goal to understand the needs of our clients from the very beginning. There will be a few emails between the client and myself to help determine what is necessary to build a quote that is suitable for the client, and the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 years of working in the culinary world, and a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with a degree in culinary arts, I am sure we can serve your needs.
