I do fixed rate only. My price starts at $100 minimum, and I charge $100 for onsite estimate/consultation. If hired, the $100 will go towards the final price. For this review I'm told I have to pick 3 of 5 items of what I liked about Chao? Silly, I liked them all. His work quality was great, he was professional, responsive, valuable and punctual. I needed a television installed on the wall. He was just great. I would hire him back in a second if I needed anything. Terrific. Thankfully there are still people out in the world that do good work. The app works well.
